ABSTRACT 

This multidisciplinary work aims to present the process of Description and Analysis of Organizational Management Practices in areas where logistics is used as the main tool. The company or the person who proposes to use logistics as the main tool for their activities needs to know all their practices or main areas to start their tasks and getting organized is of fundamental importance to succeed!

1.According to several experts in the logistical area, the first means of human transport were walking and swimming. The domestication of animals introduced a new way of putting the weight of transports on stronger creatures, allowing heavier loads to be transported, with greater speed and shorter journey times. Inventions such as the wheel and the sled have helped to make animal transport more efficient through the introduction of vehicles. That is, until we got to know the industrial revolution, where we had great advances in freight transport.

In our research we identified in the history of transport facts and events in different situations its importance in technological advances. Transport is in fact of fundamental importance for personal and business growth!
But all its importance will lose all its when we face robberies on the roads, bumpy roads, lack of funds for maintenance of both its fleet and its roads where trucks, boats, ships, trains, planes and so on travel. We also come across there is poor quality of signage on the highways, trees on the sidewalks, and today we come across a very large number of homeless people. This demonstrates a total lack of professionals in this area and a counterforce to do your own will. In addition to the lack of professional training, we are now faced with unprecedented crimes that affect our families and especially those who know the problem perfectly as the logistics professional who leaves his university hoping to be active in several companies managing and taking these areas to one more step in the history of our country.

As a professional in the logistical area in technological research, I am sure that transport without a contract is not and cannot be a transport agent, much less logistical, but it may well seek your administration to update itself. It is of great importance that this employee updates and registers with competent bodies so as not to feel wronged in all processes.
